Coolant being thrown out

Fluctuent temperatures

A known fault with the KAD 32/43/44/300 series (and I assume it also applies to the KAMD but cannot document it) is that the thin return hose from the turbo connection to the cooling water tank does not have full diameter all the way into the tank. If you have a drill set, you can use the drill bit to drill the hole into the tank. If you feel a restriction inside the hole, you should drill up to the full diameter all the way in.

(Do not get plastic bits into the tank)

This fault can lead to the ejection of coolant and gas lock in the cooling water system with fluctuating temperatures as a result.
